Frequently Asked Questions

What is the turn around time when ordering towels?

    Towels that are not embroidered and are in stock can be ready anywhere from 1-3 days.  If you need something faster than that, we have towels in stock that are already made - let us pick the color and we can usually have a towel for you that day.  

    When getting towels personalized, please add 3-6 days onto the order day.

How are towels shipped?

    Towels are shipped Priority Mail .

Can I pay by Credit Card or Check?  

    If you would like to pay by credit card, place your order and we will email you an invoice from Pay Pal - you do not have to have a Pay Pal account and it is a secure service.

    If you would like to pay by check, place your order and we will email you an invoice. Please send check to the address on invoice.  Orders that are being payed by check will not be sent out until check is received and deposited.

What is your return policy?

    Since our towels our custom made and usually personalized, we do not allow special order towels to be returned.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, please feel free to contact us.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

    Yes, you can order a Gift Certificate in any amount you desire!
